A Place to Stay, 2018
Installation (61/2 in exile, Zurich)
Material: Water connection, pipes, hose, table, chair, drinking glass, water.
A table and a chair are connected by pipes. Drinking water is fed from an unused connection in the exhibition space into the middle of the room and through the cavities of the two pieces of furniture. At the end, the water flows into a waiting drinking glass.
The furniture thus becomes part of the infrastructure. In return, they lose their mobility in the room.
